(200 L Mixer + 400 L Settler)**

Practical and Efficient Mixing Solution for Confined Spaces

In small-scale and confined space ground improvement and injection applications, the installation of large jet grout plants is often not feasible or economical. Our compact mixing unit, developed to meet this need and operating with bagged cement, offers fast, controlled, and reliable mixing on-site.

The unit consists of a 200-liter mixer and a 400-liter settling tank. Its structure, suitable for manual feeding with bagged cement, allows operation without the need for silos or large infrastructure. This feature provides a significant advantage, especially for confined spaces, reinforcement work, local injection applications, and short-term construction sites.

Operating Principle

Cement and water are mixed in a controlled manner in the 200-liter mixer to obtain homogeneous grout. The prepared mixture is transferred to the 400-liter settling tank to ensure flow stability and is ready to be fed to the injection pump.

Advantages Compared to Similar Systems

Similar systems used in the market generally include:
  • Simple single-tank mixers
  • Manual mixers
  • Low-volume concrete mixer type solutions
  • These systems mostly:
  • Do not provide continuity
  • Cause fluctuations in mix quality
  • Do not offer sufficient stability for injection applications

Our unit, on the other hand:

  • Performs mixing and resting in two separate tanks
  • Produces a more homogeneous and stable grout
  • Provides continuous feeding compatible with injection pumps
  • Can be quickly installed and commissioned on site

Product Advantages

  • Compact Design: Easy to use in confined spaces
  • Works with Bagged Cement: No silo required
  • Double Tank Structure: Mix quality and flow stability
  • Quick Installation: Minimum infrastructure requirements
  • Mobile Use: Easily transportable within the construction site
  • Economic Solution: Low investment cost for small jobs

Areas of Application

  • Small-scale jet grout applications
  • Local ground injections
  • Reinforcement and repair works
  • Indoor and urban construction sites

This The compact mixing unit offers an ideal solution for small to medium-sized ground improvement projects as an alternative to large plants.
